The Importance of Client Happiness
It's important to keep your clients happy. Happy customers can lead to more business in the future, and unhappy ones can lead to a failed business. Whether you're an individual or running a company, it's vital that you make sure your clients are satisfied with your work.
Many business owners wonder what the best way to keep their clients happy is, and the answer is relatively simple. Provide them with outstanding customer service and a product or service that they love. Help them save time, money , energy. Help them to improve their mindset, skillset and relationships. Do what you can to be a voice of hope, inspiration, influence and impact.
When was the last time you asked your clients how happy they are with?
Think about it for a minute. When was the last time you surveyed your clients and inquired about their level of satisfaction with your product or service?
Yes, I know that you are busy. However, this single opens the door to loyal clients and raving fans. I’ve discovered that when you run a service business, it is important to know what is going on with your clients because you never know how you could help or serve them on a better level.
Every conversation with a client can birth a new awareness. For example, in the midst of listening to a client concern, you may discover an opportunity for partnership, collaboration and product creation.
Always, always look for new ways to serve the people around you. It might seem like a huge investment from you upfront, but over time you will become absolutely invaluable. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship, keep your business afloat and keep referrals coming in. Repeat this commitment to yourself:
I am committed to staying abreast of my client’s needs and actively looking for solutions to help them interrupt the pattern of failure.
If someone around you is going through a situation you have been there, you could help provide the blueprint they might need to make it through. This is another form of service to your clients outside of just the usual services you provide.
They will always and forever talk about someone who went the extra mile to really make sure they were on the path to success in their career.
So, how can you go the extra mile?
With love,
Kadena
