What parts of my business give me a little thrill, a sigh of relief, or a burst of clarity?
What am I secretly excited to do next?
2. What’s leaking my energy?
What tasks, habits, or patterns feel heavy?
What parts of this subscription are draining me — even if they “should” be working?
Where am I overgiving, overexplaining, or overscheduling?
3. What am I pretending is working… but isn’t?
What’s on life support?
Where am I staying loyal to a format, offer, or feature just because I’ve already built it?
What’s ready to evolve — or be released completely?
Then ask yourself this:
What would my business look like if I built it around my energy — not just my goals?
What if alignment became the KPI?
You don’t need to overhaul everything.
