10 Ways to Drive Engagement With Your Facebook Page

On Facebook, it is important to be engaged with your followers. It can take time and effort to build a following on Facebook, but the results are worth it. In this blog post, we will discuss 10 ways that you can drive engagement with your page and get more people to follow you!

- Use engaging photography, videography, music and animation to yoru posts, but do not overdo it. Too much of anything is annoying.

- Respond quickly to comments on your page, so that you do not miss out on any opportunities for engagement.

- Post interesting content regularly about the products or services you offer. Use Facebook Live if possible!

- Engage with other pages in your industry by commenting on their content. Post thoughtful comments that are relevant and relatable.

- Respond to comments quickly on your posts. If somebody says something negative, don't ignore it - respond in a polite manner! They may have just been having a bad day so they were venting about you or the topic. But if people see that you are respectful of their opinions and want to listen to what they have to say, more people will want to engage with you!

- Post at least once per day. You can find great images on sites like Unsplash or Pexels that are related specifically to your business page. Pinterest and YouTube are also great places to research if you want fresh ideas.

- Use the "boost post" feature to get more exposure for your posts! You can boost an individual post, or you can even create a whole campaign with multiple posts so you know exactly how much each one will cost. What's great about this option is that Facebook charges very low prices per click for your posts. For example, when I boosted one of my blog posts about Facebook marketing, it was only $0.40 per click!

- Use hashtags to get more exposure - if you don't know what a hashtag is or how they work on Twitter and Instagram, check out this article on Sprout Social: All about Instagram hashtags for brands

- Post relevant content about your business, but don't overdo it! If you post too much about yourself or one specific topic, people will get annoyed and they will be more likely to unlike the page. Mix up posts so that some of them are promotional (to drive sales or encourage more people to follow your page) and some are entertaining.

- Make sure that you have a privacy policy for both Facebook Business Pages as well as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc! If somebody sees something on one of your social media pages that isn't permitted by the privacy policy (i.e. nudity, obscenity), they can report it and have the content removed!

- Include links to your website on all of your social media pages so that people who are interested in following you but want more information about what you do will be able to find out more by clicking through.

As you can see, Facebook is an excellent way to reach your customers. It allows you to interact with them, build relationships and even drive sales. You can use Facebook for lead generation, event promotion or sharing great content that will help your audience solve problems in their lives.
